| Description: | Peer evaluation instrument using a behaviorally anchored rating scale. "In many situations where teams are used to accomplish work, people want to use peer evaluations and self evaluations to assess how effectively each team member contributes to the team. The Comprehensive Assessment of Team Member Effectiveness (CATME) was developed for this purpose based on extensive university research. This website provides simple way to assess team members'performance in five areas that research has found to be very important for effective team functioning. This website collects ratings from team members and then produces summary reports for team members and administrators (such as course instructors or managers who use teamwork in their organizations). CATME assesses five areas of team-member contribution, and the CATME instrument is based on extensive university research. Team members make confidential ratings and receive summary feedback reports." |
