| Description: | The laboratory is to combine the science and engineering of nanometer scales in order to develop novel nanoscale systems and technologies. We are focusing on integration across length scales (1 nm to 10s of micrometers) as well as knowledge and techniques of different disciplines - micromechanical engineering (MEMS), materials science, chemistry, molecular biology, and solid-state physics.
