There are two first place winners: * Save Our Earth, Let's Go Green by Sung Hoon Kang, Boaz Pokroy, and Joanna Aizenberg, Harvard University. * Microbe vs. Mineral—A Life-or-Death Struggle in the Desert by Michael P. Zach, University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point. There were also two honorable mentions: * Flower Power by Russell Taylor, Briana K. Whitaker, and Briana L.
