The Commonwealth Technical Institute (CTI) is committed to matching student’s exposure, training, and application of high technology in the classroom to meet society, business and industry needs. CTI student population consists 100% of students with disabilities. Since students will be able to use mobile technology not only in the classroom, but from any location, independent learning opportunities and improved student outcomes will be achieved. |
